Shipping

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:  DUE TO COVID19, ALL SHIPPING WILL BE DELAYED. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO WAIT UNTIL THINGS RETURN TO NORMAL, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASE AT THIS TIME. All orders will be sent out five (5)  Business days after your order is placed with us. PayPal will still verify your payment which can take up to five business days before it's received and deposited to our account.  All orders are sent as a light package through the regular mail system. We are not responsible for delays in customs and postal service transit time.  If you require expedited shipping, it will cost $15 to the United States and $20 for International.   

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the oil base contents used in our products, return and refunds cannot be given, as we are unable to resell the products. Please ensure when making your purchase that you choose the shade that is closer to yours. If you are unsure of your shade, please send us an email or call us and we will be happy to assist you.  

 Payments

PayPal is our preferred payment method. We care about our customers and your information is always protected. TAJJ Cosmetics do not ask for or store customer's payment information. All payments are done through PayPal. If you are able to use email money transfer, TAJJ Cosmetics would be happy to accept that payment method as well, as it's easier for customers who would like to use their debit card to make payment.
